The popularity of our Facebook group WE THE TEACHERS has been the real inspiration behind the creation of this website. We always felt that some kind of easily available reference materials are needed so that we can find the right way to overcome the professional hazards in our teaching career. This website has been specially designed in order to cater to the needs of our dear teachers who from time to time have to pass through numerous professional hazards. Our aim is also to strengthen bond among the teaching community in West Bengal.
